Posting Journals LLC provides in-person identity verification for remote employees who need Section 2 of the federal Form I-9 completed. This is not a notarial act — it is performed as an Authorized Representative for your employer.
Whether your company uses HireRight, Equifax, Sterling, Workday, ADP, or another onboarding system, I can assist with verifying your documentation and completing your employer’s secure upload.

$40 flat fee
Includes the in-person appointment, document verification, and electronic submission.

What to Bring
Bring one List A document, or a List B + List C combination such as:
U.S. Passport
Driver’s License + Social Security Card
State ID + Birth Certificate
Permanent Resident Card
Employment Authorization Document
Your employer will provide a full list of acceptable documents.
How It Works
Your employer sends the I-9 Authorized Agent request to katherine@postingjournals.com
You receive confirmation and schedule a time for the in-person verification
You bring your identification documents to the appointment
I verify your identity and complete Section 2 electronically
Your employer receives the completed Form I-9 immediately
